The Oilers are taking on Colorado tonight in approximately one hour and forty minutes. Will Horcoff score a goal? Will Winchester get a hat trick? Only time will tell.

Finally! But still. That dirty hit to Smyth's knee....I was holding my breath. I'm still holding my breath. Why do bad things happen to the Oilers? So help me, if Smyth is out for more than a few games.......

Totally off-topic....

The other day my sister and I were speculating whether Sykora would be as good-looking cleanshaven. We couldn't reach a conclusion, so I thought I should consult the experts at this blog.

Ha, good one, pickles. The ugly jacket should never be separated from The Mullet.

krista raises an interesting question. I adore Sykora and I think the scruff looks good. I saw a little blurb on tv the other day and caught some younger pictures of him when he was drafted. What a little babyface. Aww. The man is aging very well. I vote for the stubble. It just adds a certain "oomph".

I agree that the stubble increases Sykora's manliness, and therefore his "rawr" factor. There's something about day-old stubble that's just plain sexy.
