For once, I'm serious. Shouldn't we see a lil' bit of Schremp during these dark days of Oilers hockey? With Petersen moving to defence (possibly) and Horcoff questionable for tonight, we need someone for the powerplay!
That pic's hilarious. I think K.Lo chose Nilsson so he could get a chance to show the fans that Smytty wasn't literally traded for a bag of pucks. Let's hope he can skate. And defend. And score.
Despite putting up the numbers, Schremp actually hasn't been that great. He finally started to look like the big prospect that he is when his boyfriend Nilsson came. Those two together are amazing, but Schremp alone can improve. Either that or he always needs someone like Nilsson by him at all times.
Hasn't it been said that both him and Nilsson are wicked cocky? Maybe they need each other to...I dunno, flex at? Brag to? Either way, Nilsson got himself a callup AND a goal, while Robbie is still stuck in the minors. Maybe it'll motivate him a bit.
Y'know, shit like these Schremp pictures (nice hats, asshole) and the one of Phaneuf/Kipper partying it up in the dingy backroom of Cowboys with some skanks remind me why I don't like to know anything about who these people are when they are out of uniform, as it were. I mean, there's not much difference between your average hockey player and the dudes bro-ing down, getting wasted and puking their guts out at Bar Wild on any given weekend night. I'd be happy to put the latter category into camps, thus it pains me to be reminded that hockey players are, by and large, douchebags of the same nature.
